Before going to the specialize powder coating company that is working mostly with the car industry quality requirements, we anodize without sealing this components in order to help the printing and color coating to have the most demanding grip to our pieces in order to maximize its resistance to scratches and hard use. Due to that, for us the panting it is an additional process to our normal one.

• Anodised aluminium has the following properties:
• The hardness of the alumina provides a high resistance to abrasion.
• Anodized aluminium reflects around 85% of solar radiation.
• With regard to the thermal properties, the temperature of the material will remain stable even if the level of radiation is high and constant.
• Once properly anodized and sealed, it is completely resistant to weather corrosion (rain, fog, sand, salinity, etc.).

• 1. Wash with warm water (temperature between 35 and 50º)
and neutral pH soap.
• 2. Remove soap with moist soft or chamois.
• 3. Immediately buff dry by hand with soft cotton cloth
